After staying in Longmont, Colorado (as a candidate home), then entering Morraine campground in Rocky Mountain National Park. So many encounters with elk, moose, mule deer, coyote, turkeys, marmot, field mice, rabbits, chipmunks, prairie dogs, and so many birds – hawks, mountain bluebirds, woodpeckers of unknown variety….

Particularly nice was listening to the sounds of elk calling each other after dark from all different directions.
